Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Richmond, VA, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and analyze data to measure progress. Responsibilities also include collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to support student success, providing training to staff and parents on behavior management strategies, and ensuring compliance with best practices in behavior analysis within an educational setting.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Background knowledge in Psychology and its application to behavior intervention
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with families, staff, and students
  • BCBA certification is required
  • Experience working with neurodivergent populations in educational or therapeutic settings is highly preferred
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
