Key Responsibilities Manage client information requests and questionnaires, ensuring timely and professional responses Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to gather necessary information from subject matter experts Maintain performance metrics and reporting for the CIR department, addressing risks and issues as they arise

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with health plans or data analytics A minimum of 5 years managing client deliverables such as proposals and audits

Experience with vendor assessments and security compliance questionnaires is preferred Formal training in project management and process management is preferred
