• $95K-$120K depending on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months)

• All sessions take place in our professional Richmond clinic
• No home visits or commuting between locations

• Dedicated BCBA Supervisor for every BCBA
• Engaged, hands‑on Clinical Director
• Collaborative team culture

• Focus on clients and supervision while our liaison team handles scheduling and communication

• Tools, templates, and systems to reduce busywork and streamline planning

• Manageable, high‑quality caseloads that allow you to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes

• Clear pathways to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director roles

• Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), CEU support, and a positive, supportive culture

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
• Strong commitment to ethical, high‑quality care

Richmond, VA - easily commutable from Midlothian, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Short Pump.
