Job Title
BCBA – In-Person Assessment Specialist (Virginia)
Compensation$110/hour (assessment time) + $25/hour (travel time)
LocationVirginia (in-person required)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct in-person initial assessments for clients in Virginia.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-person initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans
- Complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulations
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to travel to client locations
- Reliable transportation
- $110/hour for assessment time
- $25/hour for travel time
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunity for additional assessment work
- Flexible, based on your availability
