Location:

Richmond, VA (with optional travel to nearby clinics) Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric team supporting children with autism. This role offers a collaborative clinic-based environment, consistent caseloads, and flexibility for therapists seeking full-time or part-time work. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who values:

• Optional travel between nearby clinics (not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients with autism
• Conduct evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with ABA clinical leadership
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals
• Document services and maintain accurate records
• Provide caregiver education when appropriate

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with pediatric or autism populations preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work collaboratively within an ABA clinical model
• Must pass background check and credentialing
• Spanish speaking is a plus, not required
