Behavioral Health Growth Partners is recruiting on behalf of one of our behavioral health partners for a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) provides direct community-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Services are designed to support recovery, promote independence, develop coping skills, and improve overall functioning while working collaboratively with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners. This position requires the ability to work independently in community settings while maintaining high standards of professionalism, documentation, and clinical care.

• Provide direct community-based behavioral health services in accordance with individualized service plans.
• Deliver skill-building, psychoeducation, crisis prevention, and supportive interventions.
• Develop therapeutic relationships that promote client engagement and progress.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with families, referral sources, schools, medical providers, and community agencies.
