Richmond Health Hub, part of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, is seeking a Clinical Needs Assessor to join the Needs Assessment Team in a permanent, full-time role based at Richmond and Nelson Hospital.
You will support service co-ordination and communication with Nelson Hospital, disability, health and community services, Iwi/Health providers, and work with older adults or those with disabilities in a restorative care model.
