We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Virginia. This part‑time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA.

The ideal candidate is committed to delivering evidence‑based interventions, collaborating with families and treatment teams, and supporting meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

• Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct‑care staff, as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments.
• Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and assessment summaries.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment.
• Must maintain all required certifications, licensure, and continuing education requirements throughout employment.
