Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

This is a fully onsite role based at our 8700 Quioccasin Road location in Richmond, VA. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate.

Receives and processes reference materials, designated critical reagents, and long-term stability samples using appropriate software systems. Ensures data accuracy and compliance with established procedures, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting laboratory operations.

• Receives and logs reference materials, critical reagents, and stability samples into designated software systems.
• Performs quality control (QC) checks on data entry completed by other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Processes laboratory requests with a high level of scrutiny, due diligence, and client confidentiality.
• Identifies and resolves routine problems with assistance, escalating issues as needed.
• Communicates effectively with laboratory personnel, vendors, and sponsors to obtain necessary information.
• Provides guidance and advice to laboratory staff regarding standards and stability procedures.
• Trains on standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and guidelines as assigned.
• Performs all work assignments accurately, safely, and within established time frames.
• May handle hazardous waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0-1 year).

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

• Knowledge of relevant inventory and LIMs databases, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
