Part-Time Daytime Caregiver - Richmond

Trove Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs who are available to work 4–6 hour shifts during the weekday .

This opportunity is a great fit for caregivers who prefer shorter daytime shifts and enjoy providing one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Available shifts are based on current client needs, caregiver availability, location, and successful client-caregiver matching.

• $18–$25 per hour , based on experience, certification, and client assignment

As a Trove caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, individualized support designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible at home.

Depending on the client’s needs and care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and supervision
• Preparing meals and assisting with mealtime
• Providing medication reminders
• Providing transportation to appointments or errands
• Assisting with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing bathing and toileting assistance
• Assisting with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
• Providing feeding assistance
• Supporting other non‑medical personal care needs
• Following individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating important client needs to the care team

We’re looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing respectful care .

• Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
• Availability for 4–6 hour weekday shifts
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to providing dependable care
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and MVR screening

This position is intended for caregivers who are interested in weekday, 4–6 hour shifts . However,
specific shifts or a guaranteed number of hours per week are not promised .

Available hours and assignments depend on current client needs, caregiver availability, location, driving ability, schedule flexibility, and successful client-caregiver matching.
