Salary: $60,000 - $67,000

Job Summary

The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional customer experience throughout the marketplace. This role oversees marketing initiatives, guest engagement activities, and ensures the highest quality standards for front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Engagement: Develop and execute marketing strategies across the marketplace. Generate creative ideas for pop-up events, monthly promotions, and other guest engagement activities.

  • Customer

    Experience:

    Enhance front-of-house offerings and maintain product quality. Design and implement signage for stations, ensuring compliance with allergen information.

  • Client & Catering Relations: Conduct meetings with clients and catering customers to ensure satisfaction and address needs.

  • Quality Assurance & Problem Solving: Assist in monitoring product quality for guests. Identify and resolve challenges related to guests or associates promptly and effectively.

  • Additional Responsibilities: Assume any responsibilities noted for the business by the chef manager or other leadership.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative mindset with experience in event planning or marketing.

  • Knowledge of food allergens and compliance standards.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
