Working with the Convention Service Manager and Group Clients with group rooming lists, reservation changes, and group billing according to contract and email history.;
Creating and maintaining group room blocks;
Ensuring all group reservations have correct billing, and all other necessary information;
Ensuring the group blocks monitored correctly prior, during, and post the groups dates.;
Researching and charging for all no-shows, cancellations, and deposits.;
Completing Group Commission Report, after groups departure.
