Event Helper
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Contract Event Helper to assist with various tasks during events in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and breaking down event spaces
- Assisting with registration and guest check-in
- Providing support to event coordinators
- Helping with the arrangement of seating, decorations, and signage
- Ensuring the smooth operation of events by addressing any issues that arise promptly
- Serving food and beverages if required
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the event area

Requirements:
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
