Compensation & ScheduleThe hourly base pay range for this position is $12 per hour plus tips. Work schedule consists of morning and evening shifts.

SummaryThe Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Key duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing information and support throughout guest interactions.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet, using their last names and a professional salutation.
- Use proper phone etiquette and display a positive attitude while posted in designated areas.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while driving slowly and cautiously; assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and open vehicle/hotel doors.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provide information about facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle messaging, deliveries, and shuttle guests to approved locations.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue claim checks when appropriate and collect them before issuing keys.
- Maintain accurate ticket information (key tag, folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim check receipt).
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when required.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Licensure:
Valid driver’s license for the state of employment. - Experience:
At least one month of related experience or training. - Knowledge:
Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. - Skills:
- Read and write clear standard English.
- Understand and follow simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Present information effectively to guests and team members.
- Perform basic arithmetic with money and small numbers.
- Recognize 24‑hour and military time; understand rates for time passed.
- Operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking (desirable).
- Physical Ability:
- Speak and hear clearly.
- Sit or stand for extended periods; lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Work occurs outdoors for the full shift with exposure to extreme heat and cold. Duties include walking, climbing stairs, and handling potentially heavy objects. Travel up to 5% of the time may be required.
