Review Banquet Event Order sheets to understand menu requirements, guest counts, and service styles;
Set up tables with linens, skirting, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces according to venue standards;
Set up and refresh beverage stations, coffee areas, and condiment tables prior to guest arrival;
Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and provide attentive, friendly service;
Serve plated meals, pour wines, and replenish buffet items and water glasses as needed
