HRI Hospitality in Richmond, VA seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee all Front Desk operations at our 250-room property in the Miller & Rhoads building, near the Richmond Convention Center.
You will direct staff, ensure guest satisfaction, manage check-ins/check-outs, monitor room availability and cashiering procedures, and maintain knowledge of all hotel services, rates and promotions. Leadership and service excellence are essential in our downtown environment.
