Position Title:

Banquet Server at Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump. The main purpose of this Banquet Server position is to ensure guests receive the highest quality of services in our Food & Beverage outlets.

• Set up side station and perform side work as assigned
• Set up banquet room per the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
• Provide excellent service and attention to all guests
• Serve beverages and meals according to standards
• Remove soiled plates and glassware
• Clear tables
• Perform clean up as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience is helpful
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
