Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards

Deliver consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control

Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage offerings, ingredients, specials, and food pairings

Verify identification and follow all Virginia alcohol service requirements

Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service at all times

Maintain a polished and professional bar presentation throughout the shift

You will help maximize Food & Beverage performance by:

Recommending premium spirits, cocktails, food selections, and featured offerings

Promoting specials and hotel Food & Beverage experiences

Accurately entering orders and processing payments through the POS system

Protecting revenue through proper cash handling and transaction procedures

Controlling pours, reducing waste, and supporting responsible inventory management

Communicating product shortages, guest trends, and opportunities to management

A successful bar starts with preparation and attention to detail.
