Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Human Resource Assistant to support our production operations. In this role, you will help ensure that workflows run smoothly by assisting with HR tasks, employee relations, and administrative support. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support HR processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Location: Chesterfield, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks

• Process timekeeping, payroll, and attendance records accurately

• Support FMLA administration and documentation

• Assist with HR investigations and general employee relations activities

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Basic understanding of HR functions and processes

• Previous experience with timekeeping systems

• Knowledge of FMLA processing

• Familiarity with HR investigations is a plus

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
