As a member of the HR team in Richmond manufacturing unit, Electrification Smart Power - Power Protection, you will be part to the overall HR contribution and value added to the business.

Responsibilities
  • Support HR

    Activities:

    collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Operational HR Support: get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities
  • HR Policy Application: support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementation
  • Employee

    Experience:

    support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities
  • Project Support:
    Participate in HR-related projects supporting the HRBP
  • Compliance & Governance:
    Ensure HR activities comply with client's values, Code of Conduct, internal procedures and U.S. employment legislation
  • Continuous improvement: contribute to process improvement, implementation and ensure proper support in line with business needs
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • You have 2 years of experience in human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations. Proven experience in HR administration activities
  • HR Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits.
Required Skill
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources.
  • Understanding of key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits
Preferred Skills
  • HR and payroll experience.
