Senior Recruiter

We are partnering with a growing small to mid‑sized organization in Richmond seeking a hands‑on Senior Recruiter to support hiring across technical, field, and corporate roles. This is an on‑site contract role with strong potential to convert to full‑time based on performance.

This role is best suited for someone who has operated in a lean environment with significant ownership. The ideal candidate is comfortable being on a small team supporting the business, managing priorities independently, and driving full‑cycle recruiting without heavy infrastructure or layered approval processes.

• Manage approximately 15–20 active requisitions across multiple functions
• Lead intake meetings and partner directly with hiring managers to define profiles and timelines
• Source, screen, and interview candidates end to end
• Run targeted job ads and sourcing campaigns using Linked In, Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
• Build and manage candidate pipelines proactively
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
• Maintain accurate ATS records, reporting, and recruiting metrics
• Ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience throughout

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in a small to mid‑sized, fast‑moving organization strongly preferred
• Prior experience as a sole recruiter or part of a small team is a plus
• Comfortable working with autonomy and minimal layers
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable standalone ATS
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence hiring managers
• Highly organized and able to manage shifting priorities

• Contract role with temp‑to‑perm potential
• Compensation: $40–$45 per hour based on experience and depth of full‑cycle recruiting background
• Fully on‑site in Richmond, VA
