HR Operations Specialist

Pay: $28-$30 per hour

• Collaborate and support the HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions, helping with the implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment
• Get involved in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management and collaboration with HR Services team for administration and payroll activities
• Support HRBP for general HR policy issues and queries and ensure policies implementation

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 2 years of experience in a human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations
• Proven experience in HR administration activities
