** Job Summary**:
Provides HR consulting support to senior leadership teams for assigned business units. Serves as a trusted business partner, providing a broad range of HR services to the assigned leadership teams to proactively translate the group's business needs into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its objectives. Develops talent and workforce plans, advises on organizational development needs, and proactively addresses human capital needs.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources.
The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows: $90k-100k annually. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

* Core Responsibilities:
*** Works with business unit leadership teams to provide HR advice, counsel, and coaching. Recommends, designs, and facilitates implementation of HR business solutions that are aligned with the company's strategic direction.
* Leads culture and engagement in assigned business units, ensuring effective implementation of communication plans that increase employee engagement, and fostering an ‘open door’ culture. Serves as a liaison between teammates and company Leadership.
* Acts as the focal point to initiate, oversee, and participate in the delivery of HR services (employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, change management, talent management, decision support, etc.) for assigned business units. Coordinates with HR peers and support functions to deliver consistent services across businesses and the organization.
