Shift:
Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Pay rate:$50.00 HR without benefits
Must have:MSP and Bulk Sales recruitment, high-volume entry-level sales requisitions Experience
Requirements:- 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and ATS
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential info
- Knowledge of compliance and process improvement
- Manage high-volume entry-level sales requisitions from intake to offer
- Build talent pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships
- Partner with TA coordinators for posting, scheduling, and onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics (time to fill, offer acceptance, pipeline)
