About the role

As a Specialty Recruiter, you will contribute to the team using your skills and a teamwork philosophy to propel the company forward. • Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results and modifies as appropriate to meet inventory of needs
• Develops creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in highly specialized industries, to meet customer demands.
• Participates in daily requisition meetings, prioritizing open orders, and allocation of recruiting resources.
• Coaches Associates on enhancement of skills for career development and leverages internal training and development tools.
• Coordinates job order distribution and communicates customer needs with receiving branch while maintaining the customer relationship.
• Creates and executes client‑specific on‑boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening and testing.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $44,857 and $82,237. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
