About the role
As a Specialty Recruiter, you will contribute to the team using your skills and a teamwork philosophy to propel the company forward. Be part of a growing collaborative team where you can feel the impact of your work, deliver results, and help bridge the gap between customer and associate relationships.
What you’ll be doing- Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results and modifies as appropriate to meet inventory of needs
- Develops creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in highly specialized industries, to meet customer demands.
- Participates in daily requisition meetings, prioritizing open orders, and allocation of recruiting resources.
- Coaches Associates on enhancement of skills for career development and leverages internal training and development tools.
- Coordinates job order distribution and communicates customer needs with receiving branch while maintaining the customer relationship.
- Creates and executes client‑specific on‑boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening and testing.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $44,857 and $82,237. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
Benefit offerings for full‑time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
