$23.00 to $28.00 per hour

LHH is recruiting for an HR Coordinator for a long-term temporary opportunity with a valued client. This hybrid role is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented HR professional with previous human resources or recruiting support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring teams
• Send interview invitations, confirmations, and new hire welcome communications
• Gather and manage interviewer and candidate availability
• Maintain organization throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Support recruiters by helping manage requisitions, interview activity, and hiring workflows
• Assist with job postings and sourcing efforts as needed
• Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate records
• Partner with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience

• Previous HR, Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, or HR Coordinator experience required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
