CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Research Recruiter to contribute to a highly successful, fast‑paced, growth‑oriented global organization.

• Oversee full‑life cycle recruiting for multiple requisitions across cross‑functional teams.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines; develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Assess candidate qualifications, present, and close opportunities effectively.
• Drive results, maintain a sales and service orientation toward clients and candidates, and be a strong relationship builder.
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and have a passion for the company and the craft.
• Understand the market, business strategy, and priorities; build and grow talent networks.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
• 4–7 years of full life‑cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines.
• Proactive collaboration with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
• High‑volume recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Eightfold) and social recruiting platforms (Linked In Recruiter, Facebook).
• Experience using job boards, cold‑calling target companies, and other sourcing mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations that affect recruitment.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Richmond, VA.

• Corporate and senior‑level management recruiting experience.
• Managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Experience with Workday PHR or other certifications.
