Sales Recruiter

Techead is hiring a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month engagement to support a high-volume portfolio of entry-level sales recruiting requisitions. This hybrid role is based in Richmond, VA
, and the recruiter will run full-cycle hiring while coordinating closely with an MSP Talent Acquisition vendor.

The work is focused on building repeatable recruiting execution for multiple open roles, from intake and sourcing through selection, offers, and pre-onboarding, while also measuring recruiting performance with clear metrics.

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions for entry-level sales roles, including hiring strategy, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer and recommendation/negotiation, and pre-onboarding
  .
• Run structured recruiting intake and strategy sessions with hiring managers to align on profiles, sourcing channels, interview plans, and decision timelines
  .
• Develop talent pipelines using job boards, social media campaigns, talent communities, referrals, networking events, and partnerships with universities, community colleges, and workforce programs
  .
• Partner with TA coordinators on posting, moving candidates through the process, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time to fill
  , offer acceptance rate
  , and talent pipeline
  .

• 5+ years of experience in High Volume Sales Recruiting
  , including demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting
  .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  .
• Interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
  .
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
  .
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to recruiting and onboarding.
