HR Coordinator - Inter

LHH is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity in the Richmond, VA area. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting recruiting efforts and a variety of human resources functions in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience while providing administrative support across the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers and recruiters
• Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR-related matters
• Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives
• Generate reports and assist with HR compliance and recordkeeping activities
  
  Manage HR correspondence and provide administrative support to the HR team
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related events
• Assist with special projects and other human resources initiatives as needed

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
