What You’ll Do- Lead large-scale IT projects ($10M+) from initiation through closeout.
- Drive delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and requirements with precision.
- Communicate project goals, metrics, and progress to leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and test planning.
- Ensure governance compliance with VDOT and VITA PMO standards.
- PMP Certification (required).
- 10+ years managing complex, multi-stream IT projects.
- Strong experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall.
- Background in IT infrastructure delivery (networking, vendor mgmt, site provisioning).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Local to Virginia (must be able to work 3 days onsite in Richmond and attend an in-person interview).
- VITA Certification
- Agile or SAFe Scrum Master Certification
Location:
Richmond, VA | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Type: 6-Month Contract (possible extension)
Wage: $85/hr
