Role Overview

AI/ML Solution Architect (Specialist I – ML Engineering) – Remote, UST, 29,000+ practice, full‑time.

Lead the design, development and maintenance of large, enterprise‑wide application systems for UST clients.

• Maintain active relationships with customers, gather business requirements and lead requirement gathering meetings.
• Anticipate technical changes and evaluate emerging technologies to keep UST solutions at the frontier of industry developments.
• Prioritize projects, make informed trade‑offs and align enterprise system changes with broader business objectives.
• Lead technology evaluation, conduct proofs‑of‑concept and enable innovative solutions.
• Own the change request process, coordinate with other teams and ensure smooth implementation and communication across departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (minimum N years of relevant experience).
• Experience mentoring others, driving teams and leading multiple or large projects with hands‑on development and troubleshooting support.
• Multi‑database, multi‑language architecture experience; strong knowledge of object‑oriented design and public cloud platforms (AWS, EKS).
• Hands‑on experience in large web‑based applications (Java, JavaScript, Angular
  
  JS, NodeJS, CSS, HTML) and large mobile applications (React Native).
• Experience designing micro‑services APIs, service mesh, AI‑agentic conversational chatbots, process automation and machine learning (recommendation engine, hyper‑personalization). Strong Python development skills.
• Proficiency in modern Dev Ops automation (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Sonar Qube, Checkmarx), SAFe Agile practices, Agile tools (JIRA, Agilecraft) and test automation (qTest, WebDriver
  
  IO, Lambda Test).
• Experience implementing instrumentation and monitoring tools (Splunk, Data Dog, Instana).
• Experience with modern IDEs and AI‑first SDLC automation is a plus.

$122,000 – $183,000 per year, Remote.
