End-User Computing; EUC Manager

Overview

The Manager of End‑User Computing Services (EUC) leads the planning, management, and staffing of all end‑user technology platforms. The role maintains and improves infrastructure, vendor relationships, and staffing while partnering with cross‑functional teams to support the organization’s strategic vision.

• Maintain and improve EUC systems including desktop imaging, patch management, Citrix, SCCM, VDI, Office
  365, SharePoint, and video teleconferencing.
• Lead staffing, infrastructure, and vendor relationship management for EUC services.
• Partner with functional teams across the organization and IT departments to support strategic objectives.
• Apply problem‑solving, decision‑making, and judgment to complex technical and business challenges.
• Communicate technical concepts and business initiatives to technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Experience:
  
  5 years relevant IT field and 3 years leadership experience (Preferred: 10 years IT field and 5 years leadership).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. (Preferred: Master’s Degree in a related field).
• Certification:
  Related industry certification preferred.

• Adaptability to change and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
• Detail orientation with a comprehensive vision of the big picture.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
• Advanced interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
