In Tech & Data Risk Management, we are on a mission to modernize our approach to risk management with technology, by creating real-time, intelligent, and automated experiences. As a Product Manager, you'll be at the heart of this change, leading the development of a critical product that supports our core business.

• Manage a Critical Product. Own the full product lifecycle, enabling Enterprise Data Risk Management to conduct second-line challenge of data asset management.
• Master the Data. Own the product analytics and become the go-to data expert. You will leverage product and risk data to uncover strategic insights that inform the roadmap, define KPIs, and drive key investment decisions.
• Lead AI Innovation. Serve as the strategic product leader, partnering with Risk Associates and Engineering teams to product ionize Generative AI tools that deliver unprecedented efficiency and predictive insights.
• Be the Strategic Connector. Act as the key liaison between Tech & Data Risk Management experts and the GRC product team to ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and delivered.
• Drive Transformation. Play a central role in a multi-year, company-wide effort to modernize and revolutionize Enterprise Risk Management through innovation.

• Business Focused. Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence and measuring results to demonstrate ROI.

• Integrated Problem Solving. Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
• Transformational Leadership. Leads cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
• 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
• 1+ years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Salary

McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900
Richmond, VA: $101,100 – $115,400

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
