* Collaborate effectively across multiple organizations and roles including Enterprise Data Product Teams, Data Producers / Consumers, Business Risk Offices, Audit, and Second Line Risk Management to drive down data risk across Enterprise Services
* Consult with Product and Data Management teams to identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance our data governance practices, products, and processes to benefit all divisions
* Monitor, analyze, report, escalate, and influence permanent remediation of Data Management Health and Governance risk metrics across ES and LOB’s under DDRO purview
* Proactively identify process and automation improvements for Data Management practices
* Lead, develop, and inspire a team of data management professionals
* Partner with EDRM to implement ongoing updates to policy requirements, expand Data Management practices, and adjust related processes and metrics reporting
* Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
* At least 5 years of experience in Data Management, Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk Management, External Audit, or a combination
* At least 5 years of experience in project, process, or program management
* At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal or external business clients
* 7 years of experience in Data Management, Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk Management, External Audit, or a combination
* 7 years of managing projects across teams and programs in Risk Management
* 5 years of Technology experience
* 2 years of Data Management experience within the Financial Services Industry
* PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM) or Lean Six Sigma Process Certification
* Experience with the following tools:
Google Suite, JIRA, Confluence or other Data Management tools
