Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Understanding of business processes and KPIs.
