Aboutthe Team
As a Product Manager at Capital One, you will lead the technical strategy for the next generation of AI analytics within our quality assurance platform. You will act as the technical bridge between business strategy and execution, partnering with Generative AI engineering and AI operations teams to orchestrate, govern, and scale from pilot to production. By optimizing data flows and backend performance, you will transform batch-processed transcripts into high-value enterprise insights.
Your role involves navigating complex architectural requirements to move pilots into robust production environments, coordinating tech teams to architect automated workflows that balance compute performance with sustainable unit economics.
In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary, Incentives, and BenefitsThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
