• Certifications:
  
  Active PMP® certification from PMI.: 8 years.

• Cloud & SaaS Expertise:
  Strong background in planning, executing, and managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.: 8 years.
• Analytical & Organizational Expertise:
  Strong ability to analyze complex problems, organize priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.: 8 years.
• Leadership & Change Management:
  Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new approaches, systems, and methodologies.: 8 years.
• Technical Acumen:
  Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to represent technical teams effectively in diverse: 8 years.
• Requirements Management:
  Extensive experience guiding business and IT stakeholders through discovery and documentation of business and technical Requirements: 8 years.
• Project Management Methodologies:
  Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall principles, with hands‑on experience running Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall projects.: 8 years.
• Vendor Management:
  Skilled in collaborating with vendors and overseeing successful implementation of vendor solutions.: 8 years.
• Healthcare Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Demonstrated success managing projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and maintain project budget, plans, task lists, schedules, risks, and status, to include resource allocation and schedules.
• Leads and coordinates the scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating and planning for single or multiple work-streams.
• Coordinate vendors and consultants, and DBHDS and business staff as assigned, in the execution of Business & IT projects and related procurements.
• Coordinate and oversee the development of proposals, statements of work, statements of requirements and RFP responses.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams in the development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for completion of a project.
• Manage working relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management, business management, vendors, project sponsors, suppliers, and technology management.
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work.
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness are met.
• Track and communicate a project's progress from a schedule, cost, and risk perspective to the project team, customers, and project stakeholders.
• Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle, including, execution of procurements, definition of project plans, resource allocation, management of project risks, scope, and schedule, delivery of value, and well-ordered transitions to operations.
• Monitor progress by third-party vendors and define and measure their progress with metrics.
• Collaborate with external (vendor/Suppliers) and internal technology leads and solution architects to incorporate agency best practices into project plans.
