We are seeking Workday Platform Engineers (Finance) who are passionate about designing, implementing, and enhancing highly resilient solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in advancing Capital One’s Finance Technology platform while championing automation, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Partner with Product Owners to understand business needs, application capabilities, and testing scenarios
• Translate business priorities into scalable Workday Finance solutions aligned with enterprise strategy
• Design, build, and implement solutions across Workday Finance modules
  , including:
• Fixed Assets
• Expenses
• Global Consolidation
• Invoices, Payments, and Suppliers
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations
  , including REST/SOAP-based APIs
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, stakeholders, and finance partners to influence solutions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help redesign business processes for optimal results
• Stay current with Workday releases, enhancements, fixes, and platform capabilities
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for implementations and ongoing system maintenance
• Serve as a technical and functional SME for Workday Finance
• Provide troubleshooting and production support as needed (secondary to implementation work)

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience with the Workday platform
  , particularly Finance modules
• Experience designing and implementing Workday integrations
• Experience working with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
