We are seeking a Sr. Manager , External Intelligence & AI‑Driven Insights to lead the organization’s strategy for market intelligence, emerging trends analysis, and advanced analytics innovation. This role will shape how the company leverages external data, AI, and predictive modeling to inform strategic decision‑making at the highest levels. The ideal candidate is an experienced intelligence leader with deep expertise in AI/ML, business analytics, and data‑driven strategy

• Define and implement the external intelligence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify intelligence priorities and reporting needs.

• Oversee the collection of external data from diverse sources, including market trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Utilize AI-driven tools for automated data gathering, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to identify patterns, forecast trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Implement generative AI solutions for summarizing large datasets and creating executive‑level reports.

• Design and deliver dynamic dashboards and reports using BI tools integrated with AI capabilities.
• Ensure insights are communicated effectively to stakeholders through clear, concise, and visually compelling formats.

• Use AI‑powered anomaly detection to monitor external risks and compliance issues proactively.
• Maintain data governance and ethical AI standards in all intelligence activities.

• Build and lead a high‑performing team of analysts and data scientists.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in intelligence and reporting processes.

Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.

• 7+ years in market intelligence, analytics, or related roles.
• Proven experience in applying AI/ML techniques to business intelligence and reporting.
• Proficiency in AI/ML platforms (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch), NLP tools, and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of data governance, ethical AI, and compliance frameworks
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
• AI/ML certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Microsoft AI Engineer)
