ERP Process & Systems Analyst

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated ERP Process & Systems Analyst to support our client in Richmond, VA in the Logistics sector. This position has the exciting opportunity to support enterprise systems by analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that drive business efficiency and automation.

• Minimum one year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central ERP
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau)
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Power Automate, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes (AR, AP, GL, Trial balance, reconciliation, balance sheets)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and independently

• Experience preparing reports and presentations for leadership
• Experience developing and executing test plans and user acceptance testing
• Experience providing end-user training and support

• Analyze, cleanse, transform, and compile data from multiple systems
• Research ERP topics and support resolution of business and system issues
• Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and perform gap analysis
• Create and maintain business, functional, and system design documentation
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and user acceptance testing
• Support solution deployment and production implementations
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Analyze and optimize business processes, driving automation and efficiency

The base pay range for this position is $80,000/yr
, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
