Job Description
As a Senior Systems Analyst / Senior Programmer, you will support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on driving operational efficiency, reducing technical debt, and accelerating adoption of modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, test automation, Dev Sec Ops , and platform enablement (e.g., Open Shift, Azure APIM, Cloud readiness/migration). This role partners closely with architecture, infrastructure, and application development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and modernized solutions that align with enterprise IT standards and business strategies.
The position requires a balance of technical depth, system analysis, and strong leadership in governance, modernization, and change management processes.
- Partner with platform squad to assess tool readiness and enable consistent adoption across application teams.
- Collaborate with AD and architecture teams to operationalize modernization initiatives and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex enterprise applications and integrations across hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud/hybrid).
- Lead modernization initiatives — including migrating legacy applications to containerized, cloud-native, or automated architectures.
- Document and improve end-to-end delivery processes (from standards identification to operationalization).
- Facilitate playbook creation and knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
- Proficiency in Jira for agile project tracking and defect management.
- Identify gaps in tooling or process efficiency and recommend improvements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support continuous improvement by implementing Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Ansible).
- Provide production support for mission-critical applications, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Document configurations, workflows, and integration points to maintain enterprise-level visibility and audit readiness.
- Mentor junior developers and analysts, sharing expertise in modern enterprise platforms and best practices.
Pay Range: $50-$70/HR

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in systems analysis, application development, app modernization or enterprise systems support.
- AI Tool experience - Co-Pilot preferred
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience with: CI/CD tools, automation frameworks, and containerization (e.g., Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Open Shift, Docker).
- Proven success implementing governance frameworks, change management processes, and modernization roadmaps.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API management tools (Azure APIM, Kong, Apigee).
- Strong background in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Power Shell, Python, or Ansible).
- Proven experience implementing Dev Sec Ops practices
