KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AI Application Developer to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑enabled applications using .NET Core, C#, Python, and modern frameworks
• Integrate solutions with Azure, Google Cloud, and enterprise systems; lead troubleshooting of operational issues and performance optimization
• Develop agents to interact with APIs and other applications using techniques such as A2A and MCP, and ensure robust integration
• Collaborate with architects to create solution designs and technical documentation
• Define standards and enforce code quality through reviews, automated testing, and adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); drive Dev Ops and MLOps best practices
• Research emerging technologies, recommend best‑fit solutions and solution architectures, and present technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

• Minimum five years of overall experience in technology, and over two years of recent experience in bringing AI platforms/solutions to solve business problems and make a business impact; practical experience with Python, Azure AI, Google AI services or similar capabilities on other cloud platforms
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Full‑stack development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, C#, and Type Script
• Strong experience in Azure AI stack, AKS, API development, and Dev Ops practices
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Power Shell, BASH, YAML) and automation testing
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks, agent‑based development, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines
