Responsibilities
- Very good experience with proven ability writing formulas, managing data to efficiently manage process throughput, compensate to overcome data gaps with dashboards, and measure and report process throughput.
- Proven understanding of query syntax and what the query is doing. Comfortable running existing queries, modifying existing queries. Ability to create new queries (reuse or new) is a bonus.
- Data management: understands data, what it represents, and how it’s organized/presented. Understands where data gaps may exist to effectively and efficiently manage a process, and is able to create compensating solutions (e.g., write formulas to partition data sets, or manage a process).
- Google Slides: very good experience and ability to use existing features (e.g., linking to Sheets).
- Tools / applications: the ability to quickly learn existing applications, their intent and purpose, and effectively use them to drive work. Understands how applications interface with other applications (APIs, ETL processes, manual intervention, etc.). Will not develop, but needs the understanding to hold an equal conversation with others who are technically proficient.
- Non-technical: a background in cybersecurity
- A background in process management (e.g., yellow belt, lean belt would be a PLUS)
- A background in control management or an understanding of its principles (e.g., ensuring completeness and accuracy, timeliness, etc.)
- Excellent communication, able to handle business, audit, and technical discussions
- Excellent time management, able to multitask, drive compliant results with timeliness
- Excellent customer focus and teamwork
- Excellent judgement, knows when there’s a possible problem and when and how to escalate to the right stakeholders
- Able to do the work, but equally important…a thinker…to be independent and identify and drive ways to improve
