Job Description:
Role Overview:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will work on high-profile IT projects with a primary focus on SharePoint. The role involves full project lifecycle collaboration, system analysis, application support, and process development. Strong interpersonal and computing skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on full lifecycle of IT projects
- Estimate and report on deliverables
- Document use cases, data models, specifications, and system interfaces
- Perform software installations and administration
- Investigate and resolve software defects
- Analyze alternative solutions and provide recommendations
- Develop and execute test plans
- Create scripts and processes to support objectives
- Maintain effective relationships with business users, IT staff, and vendors
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Effective team collaboration and professionalism
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related business/engineering field (strongly preferred)
