Position DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and hands‑on End-User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead enterprise desktop infrastructure and virtual workspace environments in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven healthcare setting. This leadership role will oversee end‑user technology platforms including Citrix, SCCM, VDI, Office 365, and enterprise collaboration tools
, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and exceptional user experience across the organization.
This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong IT leader who enjoys building high‑performing teams, driving modernization initiatives, and presenting technical strategy to executive leadership including C‑level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of:
- Citrix environments
- Microsoft SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Enterprise desktop applications
- Office 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, licensing management)
- Video teleconferencing platforms
- Manage and mentor end‑user computing engineers and support teams
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps to improve performance, scalability, and security
- Align EUC strategy with business and operational objectives
- Oversee vendor relationships, licensing compliance, and cost optimization
- Ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise end‑user platforms
- Present technical strategy, KPIs, and system performance updates to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across desktop engineering and digital workplace services
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop engineering, or end‑user computing
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing technical teams
- Strong hands‑on expertise with:
- Citrix administration
- SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- VDI environments
- Experience managing enterprise desktop and collaboration platforms
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership (C‑level, VP)
- Experience developing technical roadmaps and leading infrastructure modernization efforts
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of licensing management and vendor oversight
