You AreWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect to design, build, and guide enterprise grade applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands on development expertise, and the ability to work directly with product and business stakeholders without supervision.
The Opportunity- Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Define and own application architecture across UI, API, services, messaging, and data layers.
- Establish design standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the development team.
- Make technology and framework decisions aligned with scalability, performance, and maintainability goals.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical mentorship to developers.
- Full Stack Development
- Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Build scalable backend services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles consistently across solutions.
- Develop modern front end experiences using Blazor.
- Implement robust data access using Entity Framework.
- Design and integrate asynchronous messaging using Rabbit
MQ. - Work with Mongo
DB for No
SQL data persistence and validation. - Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with product owners and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and drive resolution without escalation.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release readiness activities.
- Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability across all deliverables.

- Strong experience in full stack application design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Behavioral & Professional Skills (Critical)
- Ability to work directly with product and business teams with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills technical and non technical.
- Zero hand holding required: independently drives work, decisions, and outcomes.
- Highly proactive in identifying solutions, researching answers, and unblocking progress.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for end to end technical delivery.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise integrations, distributed systems, or event driven architectures.
- Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms, or containerization environments.
- Prior experience acting as a technical lead or architect on complex programs.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
