Scrum Master

Join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master, where you'll guide an Agile transformation in a fast-paced network operations environment. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and enhance operational efficiency through effective collaboration and leadership.

• Lead Agile and Kanban implementation within network operations transitioning from traditional models.
• Design and optimize a Kanban system supporting incident response, change management, and operational processes.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and service delivery reviews to promote team engagement and productivity.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles to improve operational agility and flow-based delivery.
• Align team objectives with organizational goals through collaboration with leadership and structured planning.
• Utilize metrics to promote transparency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and adaptability, ensuring efficiency in high-severity incident management.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with expertise in Scrum and Kanban practices.
• In-depth knowledge of operational and infrastructure environments, including network operations.
• Strong understanding of flow-based systems, Lean practices, and incident management.
• Proficient in using Jira Software for backlog management, workflow configuration, and metrics tracking.

• Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and Agile transformations within operational settings.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Relevant Agile certifications like CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, or ICA-ACC are a plus.
