• Experience with tools such as Puppet and working with Palo Alto and Juniper firewalls.
• Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or similar credentials in Information Security and Cloud Technology.
• Adept at dealing with complex hardware issues and initiating proactive solution measures.
• Experienced in leading technical projects and providing comprehensive project updates.
