Role - Oracle PL/SQL Developer job at Cloud Analytics Technologies LLC. Richmond, VA.
Seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Programmer Analyst 4 for the City of Richmond DIT Utilities team. Responsible for providing web-based solutions and support to existing applications. The candidate will possess skills in requirements gathering, application design, software development, documentation, and customer service.
Duties include, but are not limited to:- Application integration as a core function of systems development, including designing, developing, and supporting applications using Oracle database (11g and above), PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Documenting work to be performed (i.e. – requirements gathering, design/analysis, technical specifications, code, implementation, and support).
- Developing and executing database queries to generate reports and aid in data analysis.
- Learning different technologies, both currently in use and new.
- Working directly with programming staff and users to analyze and develop innovative applications for improving business operations within various City of Richmond departments.
