Cap Tech is a technology consulting firm dedicated to delivering digital transformation solutions. As a Salesforce Architect, you will partner with clients on cross‑functional, team‑based projects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.

• Partner with clients on cross‑functional, team‑based projects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full SDLC using Agile methodologies, serving as a trusted technical advisor managing architectural scope.
• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migration across various clouds and managed packages.
• Design enterprise‑grade solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry‑relevant managed packages.
• Design and review integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP platforms, financial systems, marketing tools, identity providers, and document management solutions.
• Define and support environment strategy, release management, and Dev Ops processes aligned with enterprise delivery standards.
• Participate in technical pre‑sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and delivery scoping for prospective clients.

• Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong client‑facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of overall technical development experience.
• Strong architectural and hands‑on experience with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Omni Studio, Experience Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid‑to‑large enterprise clients.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Omni Studio certifications or demonstrated advanced experience.
• Mule Soft experience and/or certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control strategies, and modern Dev Ops tooling within Salesforce ecosystems.
